1. Why are your products so expensive?
- Our items are handmade, including but not limited to the hand sewing of appliqués. Hand pressed beads, gems and pearls. The fabric is source ethically and locally in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Due to the nature of handmade items, it cost more to effectively make a quality garment. There are no factories involved.

2. Can I exchange/refund my purchase?
- All orders are handmade once you place an order. Therefore, we cannot accept return/refunds unless its damage related. 

3. How long does it take to receive an order? 
- All orders are handmade and are subject to 3-7 days wait before they are dispatched. Depending on the intricacy of the order, it may ship up to 14 days after receiving the order.

4. Do you ship internationally? 
- Yes, we ship worldwide | Prices may vary. 

5. How do I place an order?

6. Do you offer a made to measure service? 
- Yes, all our pieces are able to be customized to your exact measurements for FREE. Simply leave notes upon check out with your bust, waist, hips, height etc. You can also email us at designbydez@gmail.com for more information.

7. What if I need my order for an upcoming event ?
- Please contact us if you need your order by a specific date, prior to placing your order to ensure we can make and ship it in a timely manner. We do offer a rush order package that covers the cost of express shipping as well.  Email us at designsbydez@gmail.com for more info.
