Return Policy & Shipping

RETURNS
Returns are not accepted unless it's due to a damaged or faulty item.  

All returns that fall under this category must be returned with all original packaging and tags. 

The item must remain unworn. 

REFUNDS
You will be notified by email if your return request was accepted or denied upon inspection. If your return is accepted, the credit will be applied to your method of payment immediately. Sometimes it does take a few days for your bank/institution to process it. Please be patient.
 
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Only goods that are damaged upon arrival may be exchanged due to the nature of the items being made to order. 

With the exception of fox fur/ fuzzy slides. They may be exchanged due to ill fitting items, damages, received wrong colour etc. 
Exchanges are limited to items that are not on sale (full priced items).

SHIPPING
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for all returns/exchanges. If granted, at the time of the refund the original shipping cost will be deducted from the over all refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider trackable shipping methods and/or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the arrival of any item coming back.
Ship outs are done every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 3pm western. Please place your orders before 12 noon if you'd like them to make ship out days before the start of the following week.
General shipping times are between 5-10 days.
Shipping times may vary depending on where you live. Please be patient when sending/receiving items.
